Although John had met you about a few months before we even thought about selling our home, you were the only realtor that he wanted to contact for assistance. We were very pleased with your responsive communication. Once we went over our requirements for the home we were searching for, you were able to offer us a list of homes to see. You made a great first impression when we visited that first home and you had driven there ahead of time and scoped out the neighborhood and provided us with your thoughts on that experience. We were again impressed with the professional evaluation you provided to us to help us come to a listing price on our home. You included all of the information that we needed to answer any comparable housing sales and listing prices questions.
We do realize that we were demanding clients, who asked to see a couple of the homes more than several times. We greatly appreciated your patience with us and for rearranging your personal and work schedule in order to accommodate our schedule. We also realized that more than a couple of times we had changed our mind about either our location or our budgetary requirements. We greatly appreciated your flexibility and your understanding. I would like to start by saying that I did not find Ehren Jacobs, he found me, probably by driving around looking for vacant houses, the kind of hard work that most Realtors shy away from. The house I was selling had belonged to my uncle, was worth little by California standards, and needed a lot of work. The fact that I was living in Hawaii and the house was in Los Angeles made for even more problems. Ehren Jacobs helped me solve them all. There were days where I had to call him 4-5 times. His patience and dedication were unending. There was nothing he was unwilling to do for me. You would have thought we were selling a million dollar home. As it was, thanks to his expertise in all aspects of real estate, I got more for the house than I could have dreamed.
Perhaps the greatest service he offered me was his list of contacts. The house needed everything: a carpenter, a plumber, an electrician, and new flooring.
